Andrew Castellano

CEO

After earning a Political Science degree from The Ohio State University, Andrew moved to Austin, Texas, where he began his career in fundraising and advocacy. Passionate about improving global responses to disasters and human rights issues, Andrew found his calling in this industry, answering a vital question: How can we raise awareness of critical issues and inspire everyday people to take action?

Starting as a canvasser, he quickly rose through the ranks. Now the CEO of Elemental Fundraising, Andrew oversees campaigns across the central and eastern USA, bridging the gap between canvassers, clients, and communities to drive meaningful change.

Summer Keatts

Field Director

Summer, originally from Chase City, Virginia, a small town on the Virginia-North Carolina border, graduated at 16 with an associate degree and immediately entered the workforce. Her first canvassing job with the ACLU sparked a passion for advocacy, even requiring a 1-hour 40-minute commute each way for a year.

Before joining Elemental Fundraising as Field Director, Summer worked on campaigns and ballot initiatives across the country, gaining expertise in campaign strategy, coordination, and leadership. With hands-on experience in over 20 states, she excels in grassroots organising at local, state, and national levels and thrives in adapting to diverse social environments. Summer describes Elemental as more than just work: “It’s a family… the support system is surreal.”
