August 2026National Trainer Elijah (left) and Office Director Emma (right) had so much fun at the Spring Job Fair that they just had to come back! We had another great day hiring Bobcat after Bobcat at Texas State University's Part Time Job Fair. The Austin team at Elemental Fundraising has made a massive difference raising funds for important causes, and it's always a blast getting to share this opportunity with new people.

Another Successful Launch!
July 2026We’re excited to announce the opening of a new office! National Trainers Elijah and Abraham exploded onto the scene in this new city, leading from the front and training a whole new team of storytellers. This office will be fundraising for the International Rescue Committee, helping those affected by humanitarian crises recover and rebuild their lives.
Fundraiser of the Month - Monique
July 2026This month, we recognize Monique in our Raleigh office for her hustle, team spirit, and infectious laugh! When she's not defending civil rights, you can find her doing improv, watching a musical, or attacking a tangle of yarn with her crochet hooks. She also loves karaoke (or at least the idea of karaoke). For Monique, the most rewarding thing about working with Elemental is the chance to build rapport with strangers every day. Every person has a story to tell and a perspective to share, and her genuine appreciation for other humans makes us proud to have her on the team.
Professional Face-To-Face Fundraising Association Conference
July 2026National Trainer Abraham Frazier spoke at the Professional Face-To-Face Fundraising Association to share his experience and give PFFA a window into a day in the life of a face to face fundraiser.
Elemental Fundraising is a boots-on-the-ground company, proudly promoting from within and ensuring all our employees are represented by managers that lead from the front and work right alongside their staff. Our executive team is in the field with their teams each week, doing the same work and held to the same performance standards as any other fundraiser.
Fundraiser of the Month - Alex
June 2026Alex is an amazing Team Lead in the Austin office, always leading from the front and setting an excellent example for new hires. Originally from San Antonio, Alex is the glue that holds the Austin team together, lifting up the people around him and spreading positivity and light everywhere he goes. He loves music and songwriting and has a kind word for everyone he meets. He is passionate about the Planned Parenthood Action Fund, inspiring every donor to share his joy in making the world a better place.
Bruce Springsteen x ACLU
May 2026Bruce Springsteen has long been a proponent of ACLU's mission to protect the constitutional rights of everyone in America. For the final performance of his Land of Hope and Dreams tour in Washington, D.C., he invited Elemental canvassers to fundraise for ACLU! Our best fundraisers from around the country converged on D.C. to raise funds that will protect the constitutional rights of every American, from bodily autonomy to racial justice.
Fundraiser of the Month - Morrigan
May 2026Congrats to Morrigan in our Raleigh office for being May’s Fundraiser of the Month! This spooky diva likes to spread the love, bringing humor and good vibes to every interaction she has on the street. After a busy week of fundraising for civil rights around America, you can catch her gaming to unwind or starting a new crafting project. If you’re lucky, you might even see her finish one! After a decade of supporting communities in public libraries, this Jill of all trades decided to make a big change and join the nonprofit world. She’s a core team member of Elemental Fundraising, and we’re glad to have her.
Florida State College at Jacksonville
April 2026Lizzy (Office Director, right) and Mariel (Team Lead, left) were on FSCJ campus for their spring job fair! Luckily, the Manta Rays they met on campus have much better people skills than actual manta rays in the ocean. Those candidates will be pounding the pavement around Jacksonville, protecting reproductive rights with Planned Parenthood or supporting refugees with the International Rescue Committee.

March 2026Though Mulan's besties may wear disguises to help save their country, there's no disguising Elemental's love for civil rights! Catherine Turnage, Director of Operations, did a bang-up job representing ACLU and protecting civil rights like Freedom of Expression. The Drag Defense Fund is just one example of how ACLU is ensuring LGBTQ+ Americans can be loud and proud of who they are, and Elemental couldn't be happier to support their efforts.

February 2026Congratulations Toni in the Raleigh office for being February's Fundraiser of the Month! Toni has only been with Elemental for a little while, but she has quickly developed a strong appreciation for the company and its mission. She holds a background in Business Marketing from Appalachian State University and has dedicated her professional path to nonprofit work. Outside of her professional endeavors, Toni enjoys baking sourdough bread, caring for her plants, and playing a wide variety of board games. Her greatest passion, however, is backpacking. She embraces any opportunity to follow the trail wherever it may lead. We are grateful for Toni’s hustle, positive attitude, dedication, and enthusiasm.
